How a Syria project gets planned

Start with the products you will sell

List the block dimensions and types you intend to sell before choosing a machine. Hollow blocks, solid blocks and pavers need different moulds and often different machines. The mould plan usually decides more of the project cost than the machine model does.

Decide the automation level by output, not by budget alone

A semi-automatic machine is the usual starting point for a new plant: lower investment, faster to commission, and it can be upgraded later with batching, curing and cubing equipment. Automatic lines make sense once you already know your daily output and you have the site and power to run one.

Plan for power and site reality

Tell us the voltage and frequency you run on site, and whether you have stable mains power or a generator. We configure the electrical system to your standard. Site access and unloading space also affect how the machine is shipped and how it is assembled.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a block making machine cost in Syria?

There is no single useful price, because a quotation is a system quotation. Moulds, batching, conveyors, curing and cubing equipment, the electrical specification and the installation scope all change the total. Send us block sizes, target output and site power and we will quote that scope.

Can you ship to Syria and help with installation?

We ship in containers and prepare the packing and loading documentation for your destination. Installation scope is agreed per project: we can send engineers to supervise assembly and train your team, and the details are fixed before the order.

Can one machine make more than one block type?

Yes. Changing the mould and the mix recipe lets one machine produce different block types, within the limits of that machine's forming capability. This is why the mould plan matters as much as the machine choice.

Do you supply spare parts afterwards?

We supply spare parts for the machines we sell. The common wear parts are listed with the machine so you can plan what to keep on site, and further orders are shipped from our factory.
