Block & Brick Plant Solutions
There is no single “best” block plant. There is the plant that fits your material, your site, your power supply and the products your market will pay for. These are the configurations we build most often.
Pallet-free block plant
The lowest operating-cost configuration for standard solid bricks, concrete blocks and Holland bricks. The wet block is cubed straight off the machine with the QSMT series, so pallets never enter the process. Best when your product is a small, uniform block and your priority is cost per thousand pieces.
- Standard solid bricks, concrete blocks, Holland bricks
- Lowest pallet and handling cost
- Small footprint, fast payback
High-level curing plant for surface-critical products
For permeable pavers, imitation-stone PC bricks, kerb stones and thin-wall insulation blocks, the visible face is the product. The QSGW line keeps every layer of brick on its own pallet through three-dimensional curing, so nothing is crushed and nothing is marked. Higher investment, higher product value.
- Permeable pavers for sponge-city projects
- Imitation-stone PC bricks and kerb stones
- Thin-wall thermal insulation blocks
Cuber-only upgrade for an existing plant
If you already have a block machine and the bottleneck is manual stacking, you do not need a new plant. You need a cuber. The QS-1200A, QS-1200B and QS-1000G series bolt onto your existing line, and the QSRGY finger-car line replaces manual or chain transfer with an automated curing system.
- Replace 3–5 manual stackers per shift
- Works with any brand of block machine
- Pallet-free handling option with a forklift clamp
Interlocking paver and kerb stone plant
Colour-faced pavers demand a proper batching and mixing section, a press with enough force for sharp edges, and a curing system that does not mark the face. Pair the QST1200 or a QS hydraulic press with the CMP planetary mixer and a QSGW or QSDJ curing line.
- Interlocking pavers, kerb stones, slope-protection bricks
- Colour consistency from planetary mixing
- Face-safe curing and cubing
AAC, gypsum and lightweight panel diversification
If your market is saturated with ordinary blocks, these are the higher-value products to move into: AAC blocks (with our intelligent hole-leaving cuber retrofit), semi-dry gypsum blocks, and lightweight composite partition panels.
- AAC block re-cubing retrofit, no pallets
- Semi-dry gypsum blocks with no drying step
- Lightweight composite partition panels
Packing and dispatch line
The last fifty metres decide whether the customer accepts the delivery. Strap and wrap the pack so it survives a sea container: PET strapping balers, cantilever winding with top-film, and forklift clamps so the pack can be lifted and loaded without pallets.
- PET strapping with programmable tension
- Five-sided sealed wrapping for sea freight
- Pallet-free loading with a forklift clamp
Do not see your case above?
This is not an exhaustive list. Tell us what you want to produce, what raw materials you have and where your site is, and we will design the configuration that fits, even if it looks different from all of the above.
