Fully Automatic Production Lines

Three concrete block production line layouts, each in a different place on the cost/capability curve. QSGW is the high-level curing line for surface-critical products. QSDJ is the rack-curing line that docks onto any block machine you already own. QSRGY is the finger-car line that runs a whole plant with three or four people.

Frequently Asked Questions

What output can a complete automatic line achieve?
With a QST8-15 host the line produces roughly 40,000–53,000 Holland bricks per 8-hour shift; with a QST1800 host, over 150,000. The line is sized around the host machine, so we build to your target tonnage rather than selling you a fixed package.
How much land and building do I need?
As a working guide, a mid-size automatic plant needs about 3,000–6,000 m² of yard plus a covered hall of roughly 500–1,200 m², depending on curing method and stock levels. Send us your site plan and we will produce a layout that fits it.
Can I start with part of the line and add the rest later?
Yes, and it is often the sensible route. Most customers start with batching, the host and a basic cuber, then add high-level curing and automatic packing once cash flow allows. Tell us at quotation stage that phased expansion is planned so we can pre-size the foundations and the electrical panel.
