What matters most for export packing of bricks?
Two things: strap tension that holds under load, and a closed wrap. PET plastic-steel strap in a programmable 200–2,500 N baler gives the first; a cantilever wrapper with top-film gives a five-sided sealed pack for the second. Together they are what gets your cube of bricks to the destination undamaged and dry.
Why does the mixer matter so much for pavers?
Because colour and surface finish are decided in the mixer, not in the press. A planetary mixer with a complex stirring path and no dead zones gives a uniform face mix, which is what lets you sell a consistent colour batch after batch.
