Product Description

The QS brick clamp mounts on your forklift and grips the brick stack itself instead of a pallet. It handles 500–800 standard bricks or 40 hollow blocks at a time, up to 10 layers of standard brick or 5 layers of hollow block.

Paired with a pallet-free cuber such as the QS-1000G-A, QS-1000G-B or QS-1200B, it closes the loop: bricks leave the machine with reserved forklift holes, the clamp picks them up, and they go straight onto the truck. That eliminates the finishing yard, the pallet fleet and the double handling in between.

Will it fit my existing forklift?

Give us your forklift model, rated capacity at load centre and hydraulic circuit (number of auxiliaries), and we will confirm the clamp model and whether an additional hydraulic line is needed.

Does it damage the brick face?

The clamping force is set so the stack is held without crushing the outer bricks, and the pad faces are replaceable. It is the same principle used in every pallet-free plant we have supplied.
