Product Description
Before pouring, every mould is fixed with an aluminium-alloy frame that includes male-and-female groove design. That is what gives the finished panel its interlocking edge for dry assembly on site.
Process flow: 01 assemble the mould → 02 place the steel reinforcement → 03 send the mould cart → 04 batching, foaming and mixing → 05 pour into the mould cart → 06 move away to static curing → 07 automatic demoulding, packing into storage for curing → 08 after the curing period expires, inspect and release the qualified products from storage.
For a cement composite partition board line using polystyrene (EPS) granules, the configuration includes an automatically controlled lifting hopper, a foaming machine, conveyors and metering devices. If your EPS granule consumption is small you can buy pre-expanded granules from a nearby supplier and there is no need to invest in a granule pre-expansion plant.
For a ceramsite-based cement composite partition board line, the configuration includes an automatically controlled lifting hopper with a metering device. To reduce weight and cost there is an optional physical protein foaming machine system, foaming machine, foaming-liquid metering and foaming-liquid mixing bins, all available for users to add as required.
