QS-1200A Low-Position Automatic Cuber System
One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
- 2 patents
Fixed inside the workshop, dual independent hydraulic circuits, brick clamp and pallet clamp working at the same time.
A fixed-site cuber for dry products on simple block lines, with PLC + touch-screen control and approximately 1,700 pallets per shift capacity.
The QS-1000G-A is a fixed-site cuber for dry products in simple block production lines. The machine is fixed inside the workshop, intelligently controlled by PLC and touch screen. Its two hydraulic circuits are separated so the movements never interfere, and the brick clamp and pallet clamp work simultaneously, which is where much of the efficiency comes from.
It suits products that come off the brick machine pallet and, once merged, are close to square. It separates bricks from pallets and cubes them; the finished stack is then carried to the curing yard by forklift. Combined with a forklift clamp it can also work pallet-free and load bricks straight onto a truck.

One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
Leaves the forklift holes in the stack itself, no pallet needed downstream, and the original line keeps working normally.
Direct brick-pallet separation with no brick dividing, about 16 seconds per layer, 2,000 pallets per shift.
