QS-1200B Self-Retaining Hole High-Level Cuber System
Leaves the forklift holes in the stack itself, no pallet needed downstream, and the original line keeps working normally.
- 2 patents
One operator, about 3,800 pallets per shift. Separates, arranges and stacks cured blocks into 1,000–1,200 mm square stacks.
A semi-automatic cuber line for dry products in simple block plants. Normally installed near the curing yard for on-the-spot palletizing, and can also be inserted into the block line for inline cuber.
The QS-1200A suits the dry-product cuber of a simple block production line. It is a semi-automatic line, usually set up independently near the product curing yard so cured products can be cubed on the spot; it can equally be installed in series within the block production line to cube inline.
The system separates bricks from pallets for blocks of different specifications produced by different brick machine models, arranges the blocks, and finally forms square stacks of 1,000–1,200 mm. Standard solid bricks can be stacked up to 12 layers high. Downstream, you can add stretch-film wrapping. Used together with a forklift clamp, the stack can be carried to the yard without pallets, three stacks high.
The whole system is PLC and touch-screen controlled and needs only one person to run it. Capacity is about 3,800 pallets per shift, which cuts labour cost sharply.
