Product Description

This is a four-model family (600 / 800 / 1000 / 1500) of single-direction automatic hydraulic presses, sized so you can match the machine to the product rather than the other way round. All four run at 31.5 MPa and share a 20–25 second cycle, so the difference between them is moulding area, pressing force and output per mould.

The design emphasis is on quiet, stable running, low noise and low vibration, which matters if your plant is inside a residential area or if you run the press indoors. Moulding areas step up from 850 × 700 mm on the 600 to 1,440 × 850 mm on the 1500, with main cylinder bore from Ø450 mm to Ø720 mm and total power from 46.9 kW to 88.4 kW.

Single-direction or double-direction, which do I need?

If your product is a Holland brick or a small shaped block and your priority is low noise and low investment, the single-direction family is the right choice. If you make large-format pavers or any product where the strength through the thickness must be uniform, choose the double-direction series.

Which model for a plant producing mainly 200 × 100 × 60 mm pavers?

The QS1000 gives 32 pieces per mould and the QS1500 gives 40. Those two are the usual choices for paver-focused plants. The QS600 with 16 pieces per mould suits a smaller yard or a second, quieter machine.
